Responsible for Nominations for the President, Vice President and Directors at the Annual General Meeting. The procedure followed by the Nominating Committee at the Annual General Meeting is as set out in the Bylaws and Policy. Names for Life Membership nominations are brought to the Executive through the Nominating Committee.

Responsible for reviewing and commenting on the Resolutions submitted for debate at the Annual General Meeting. The procedure followed by the Resolution Committee at the AGM is as set out in the AKBLG Bylaws and Policy.

This Committee is made up of the Table Officers and makes recommendations on the Association’s monetary funds. President, Vice President, Past President and Executive Director have signing authority (any two to sign).
Responsible for conducting an Annual Staff Review and makes recommendations to the Executive.

Responsible for recommending amendments to the AKBLG Constitution, Bylaws and Policy.

This Committee is responsible for the successful roll-out of the annual Convention and AGM. Consistency is maintained from year to year. Any significant adjustments are recommended by Committee and reviewed by the whole Executive.
