Life Members
AKBLG Bylaws state the the Board of Directors may grant a Life Membership to persons who have held positions on the Executive of the AKBLG or to persons who have contributed extraordinarily to local government. All Past Presidents of the Association become Life Members. Each year, the Nominations and Life Members Committee consider possible candidates and Life Memberships are awarded at the Annual General Meeting.
